Thank you for shopping with Oomi! We want to make sure your order reaches you safely and on time.

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Timeframes

• Metro Manila and Greater Manila: 1–3 business days — ₱80 flat rate
• Same Day Delivery from Sucat, Muntinlupa: Self-booking of courier 
• Provincial: 1–5 business days — ₱120 flat rate

Important Notes

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
• Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
• Oomi is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
